How can I pay for my tickets?

The possibilities to pay are different from one event to another. In a normal case we offer the following possibilities to pay:

  • Credit card
  • Klarna [direct bank transfer, installment (minimum order value: 25,00 EUR), purchase on account, direct debiting]
  • Amazon Pay
  • PayPal
  • Advance payment/transfer

In individual cases it is possible that payment can only be made by credit card for an event (if the event takes, for instance, place in the very near future). Payment possibilities in respect of which you must state your data are carried out with certified providers, so that these routes are completely secure.
For all payment possibilities the order is only processed after receipt of the payment.

We ask, therefore, for your understanding that for the payment possibility “transfer” it can take between 5 and 12 days before your tickets are sent to you.

What is Amazon Pay and how does it work?

Amazon Pay makes shopping on our website even easier by allowing you to speed through checkout using information already stored in your Amazon account to pay on our site. Simply choose from the payment information stored in your Amazon account; there is no need to re-enter your payment details. Amazon Pay helps you to shop quickly, safely, and securely.

What is Giropay and how does it work?

Giropay is an online payment service for customers with a German bank account. Select your bank from the list of participating banks. After choosing Giropay, you will be redirected to the secure sing in page of your bank and will be able to pay via your online banking account.

How does payment by transfer work?

After the completion of the order, we ask you to transfer the outstanding payment amount within the next five days to the stated account. To make sure that your tickets will be shipped as soon possible, please follow these instructions:

  • Please indicate nothing but the order number in your transfer reference. Otherwise, we will not be able to assign your transfer to your order.
  • Please transfer the total amount of your order at once. Instalment payment cannot be assigned to your order and will lead to the automatic cancelation of your order.
  • If you placed several orders, please transfer the total amount of each order separately and indicate the corresponding reference.
  • Please note that your international transfer can take up to 4 working days to arrive on the transfer receiver’s bank account.

Please note that your tickets will only be printed and shipped once we have received your payment. To make sure that you receive your tickets on time, please transfer the amount of your order as soon as possible. Should you not transfer within the stipulated period, your order will be canceled automatically.

Is payment by installment possible?

Payment by installment is possible with the service of Klarna. Choose Klarna as payment option and you will be offered installment (minimum order value: 25,00 EUR), purchase on account, direct debiting and direct bank transfer.

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a method, which is supposed to make online payment via credit card for customers and online shops safer. 3D Secure has been invented by credit card companies and is also named Verified by Visa, Identity Check (Secure Code), J/Secure or SafeKey.

Can I use my credit card without 3D Secure on myticket.at?

No. Since September ‘19 the double authentication via 3D Secure is a must when using your credit card for online shopping.

How does 3D Secure work?

3D Secure is supposed to make online shopping with credit card as safe as possible. Thus, your credit card details alone are not enough. There has to be a second way to authenticate, that you are the lawful holder of the credit card. This second authentication can be a static password or a dynamic code (e.g. mobile/photo/push tan) – this depends on the credit card institute.

How can I activate 3D Secure for my credit card?

To activate 3D Secure please contact the bank, which supplied you with the credit card.
